  • Do you have a minimum order?
    • Yes, we do have a minimum order of $50.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    • Shipping cost vary depending on your location. We are set up with Fed ex as well as other common carriers, and pass along their ground shipping rates. You can be assured that you are getting the best, and cheapest shipping quote.
  • Where do you ship?
    • We ship to the continental US.
  • What shipping method do you use?
    • We primarily use FedEx Ground Service, because they tend to offer the best rates for you. If you would like to use a different shipping method, please call us at 1-855-488-1988.
  • Will my order be taxed?
    • It depends on where you are located. If you are located in North Carolina, we must charge a sales tax of 6.75%. If you are located in any other state, there will be no tax applied to your order.
  • Do you sell used fixtures?
    • We do! We proudly have the largest and most versatile collection of used store fixture merchandise on the east coast. Feel free to call or email with any used store fixture needs.
  • What is the best way to contact you?

  • Do I need a business license to shop with you?
    • Nope! Everyone is more than welcome to shop and explore A & B!
  • What is your return policy?
    • We accept returns (for online orders) within 15 days of when you receive your order. Call us to authorize a return before sending it.
  • What if items in my order are damaged?
    • Please take a picture of the damaged shipping carton to show us the damage. Damaged items must be reported to A&B Store Fixtures within 5 days of receiving the item. Report these damages by calling us at 1-855-488-1988. We may require pictures of the damaged items before we ship you new merchandise. Do not returnh any damaged merchandise.
